Supporting a
Worthy Cause
This is TDHA's first “catch and tie” only hunting
event and we are excited to give hunters another opportunity
to support a worthy cause. Proceeds from the sale of
marketable caught hogs, to “approved buyers”, will go to
various charitable organizations and help contribute to the
TDHA Legislative Action Fund. This fund will be used to help
pay for lobbyist working on the behalf of ALL dog
hunters in Texas. Without the support of our members and
hunters participating in events such as this, TDHA would not
have the resources to help the needy of our state AND
keep the liberties we have as dog hunters in the State of
Texas. We look forward to another successful hunting event
this year and want to thank you ahead of time for your
participation and support of this worthy cause!

events:
Friday - March 2, 2012
On-Site Registration and Sign-up 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM, Hog
Hunting Tournament begins promptly at 5:00 PM.
Saturday - March 3, 2012
9AM to 7PM – Variety of vendors available, Children’s
entertainment, L.E.A BBQ cook-off, and L.E.A. raffle held.
Award for cook-off presented and raffle winners announced
inside Complex Saturday evening. In addition, TDHA will have
a variety of Working Dog Demonstrations.
Sunday - March 4, 2012
9AM to 5PM – Variety of vendors available.
12PM – Deadline for TDHA's official weigh-in, hog count, and
bonus category selection. Immediately following the
weigh-in process and tally of bonus categories, Winners and
Prizes will be announced and awarded!
